Build Quality- 10
This gun is as sturdy as they come. Contructed mainly of Nylon Fiber, just like the real thing, you dont have to worry about dropping or banging this thing around. It will take a serious beating. The folding stock has no wobble and locks to the side very securely. The Magazine also has no wobble. Each gun has a unique serial number as well.
Performance - 10
I can not give you the specs on the one I own as I have downgraded it to be CQB Legal, i can however say that the hopup is easily accessable, and the functional bolt catch makes adjusting it a breeze. Thanks to Ares quick change spring system, I was able to chang the spring in about 3 minutes. The gun does have a mechanical blowback, which really ads to realism, giving the gun just a little bit of kick.
Breakdown and Battery Space - 9
Feild Strips just like the real thing, using three body pins. the battery is located in the front handguard, however there is BARELY enough space for my 8.4v Mini. However, I can play for 7 hours on my 8.4v, so I'm not complaining. I also contacted Ares and they informed me that the gun is NOT lipo ready.
